Garth Brooks wanted to set up a special fan experience for his 6 back-to-back shows in Jacksonville, FL. The high speed Wifi served up a landing page that let users get seat upgrades, take a Garth quiz, post photos to Instagram, and listen to an exclusive Trisha Yearwood track.
The result was almost 5 minutes spent on the landing page, 9% conversion on m-commerce Buy buttons, and a 34% data capture rate. These numbers are 300% better than standard online web engagement.
Without Masscloud, none of these fans would have been reached. The average dollar volume per fan was only $0.45.
